Dynamic Scorecard
A Balanced Scorecard is
a performance management tool in which a set of measures are developed
to indicate how well an organization is performing.
Typical Balanced
Scorecards look at an organization from four perspectives: customer,
financial, internal, and innovation. The goal of a Balanced Scorecard is
an organization that performs well in all four areas.
The Balanced Scorecard
approach is powerful for several reasons. For organizations that have
never done so, it forces them to put in writing their goals and
objectives, and then write what their strategy is for reaching those
goals. This strategy is then translated into measurable outcomes that
