government and other public-sector organizations. PRI has developed our
own proprietary adaptation of private sector techniques for use by
public sector organizations. A leader in the field of public sector

as: the U. S. Army; the U.S. Department of Transportation; the Texas
Education Agency; the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; the Port of Oswego,
New York; and the Dallas (TX) Independent School District. In addition,
our firm’s associates work with and have gained their skills from
working with the private sector, including Fortune 500 companies and
other leading businesses across the United States.
Both organically, and
in conjunction with our strategic partners, PRI has more than eighty
years of experience in business, government, and academia. Our
associates have training in a wide variety of disciplines, including
business management, organizational behavior, economics, political
science, psychology, statistics, and philosophy. Headquartered in
McLean, Virginia, in close proximity to Washington, DC, PRI is active
internationally serving clients in both the public and private sectors.

Peter
G. Jones
Chairman
Peter G. Jones has had a lifetime career in business, specializing in
the ocean transportation industry. He was formerly the Chief Operating
Officer of Fednav International Limited and a director of Fednav
Limited, the largest Canadian-owned international shipping company.
While at Fednav, Mr. Jones also served as Executive Vice President of
the Fedcom division of Fednav, and Vice Chairman of Federal Marine
Terminals Inc. He was the Managing Director of East Line, based in
Brussels, an innovative tug and barge service operating between Europe
and Saudi Arabia. Mr. Jones also owned and managed Redburn Inc., an
agency and shipbroking company in Eastern Canada. Mr. Jones has broad
experience in a very entrepreneurial and competitive industry and brings
his private sector focus to the PRI team.
David
G. Sanders
President and Chief Executive
Officer
David G. Sanders has held senior
positions in U. S. Federal, state and local governments. Previous
positions include Acting Administrator of the Saint Lawrence Seaway
Development Corporation, where he also served as a member of the senior
management team of the U. S. Department of Transportation. He has
served as Staff Director for the Subcommittee on International Economic
Policy and Trade of the U. S. House of Representatives Committee on
Foreign Affairs. Prior to that Mr. Sanders started and ran a successful
government affairs consulting practice in Washington, DC. Mr. Sanders
earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and philosophy from the
College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Mr. Sanders also
undertook studies at Christ's College, Cambridge University, in
Cambridge, England, and graduate studies at the Atkinson School of
Management, Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
